What app reminds me before a subscription renews?
Aheado is an iPhone app that sends a renewal reminder before each subscription payment. You add a subscription with its price, billing cycle and next payment date, choose how many days ahead you want a warning, and the reminders repeat every cycle.
How do I remember to cancel a free trial before it charges me?
Use Aheado as a free trial reminder: add the trial with the date of its first charge. Aheado reminds you on the days you choose before that date, for example three days and one day ahead, while cancelling is still free. Each reminder says when the trial ends and what it will cost after.
Is there a subscription tracker that doesn’t connect to my bank account?
Yes. Aheado never asks for bank, card or email access. You enter each subscription yourself, and your entries stay on your own devices.
Why not just use Calendar or Reminders?
You can, but they only know a date. Aheado knows what each subscription costs and how often it renews, moves on to the next charge by itself, and counts a free trial down to its first payment.
How can I see what I’ll pay for subscriptions this month?
Aheado’s calendar shows every charge on its day with the amount next to it. With Aheado+, the large Home Screen widget adds up your payments for the next 30 days, per currency.
Can an app cancel my subscriptions for me?
Aheado doesn’t. It reminds you in time, and you cancel with the service itself. Then you mark the subscription as cancelled in Aheado, and it shows the day your access ends.
What subscriptions can I track?
Anything that renews: streaming, music, cloud storage, apps, software, news, the gym, domains and hosting, or insurance paid monthly or yearly. It doesn’t matter whether you pay through Apple, by card or by bank transfer.
Is Aheado free?
Aheado is free for up to 10 entries across all six categories. Aheado+ removes the limit: $1.99 a month, $14.99 a year with the first month free, or $34.99 once.

Is there a subscription reminder app that works without an account?
Yes. Aheado has no sign-up, email or password. Reminders are scheduled on the iPhone itself, so they arrive even without a connection.
Does it sync across my iPhone and iPad?
Yes, with Aheado+. Your subscriptions sync through your own iCloud, so an entry added or changed on one device shows up on the other. Without Aheado+, everything stays on the device you use.
How do I keep track of yearly subscriptions I always forget?
Add it to Aheado with a yearly billing cycle and pick early reminders, such as a month and a week before. You get them every year without setting anything up again.
Doesn’t the iPhone already show my subscriptions?
iPhone Settings lists subscriptions billed through Apple. Aheado is for everything, including what you pay directly, such as streaming billed by card, a gym or a domain, with reminders on the days you choose.
Does Aheado work on Android?
No. Aheado is made for iPhone.

How free trial reminders work
Choose Free trial as the type, set the day the trial ends and enter what it will cost afterwards. The list says when the trial ends. The subscription’s page shows Free, the price that follows per month and per year, and the date of the first charge.
Reminders come before the first charge. After it, the entry carries on as a regular subscription with the billing cycle you set.
Currencies and totals
Each subscription keeps the currency you entered. Aheado doesn’t convert between currencies, so totals are shown separately for each one.
